Welcome to the next step in your Goshin Kan karate journey
The Red belt grading syllabus is very similar to the White belt syllabus as it's important you keep practising the fundamental basics in Kihon, your one-step techniques in Ippo Dosa and the self defence techniques in the Goshin-O lesson. You are also expected to know the Human Values. There are new Katas to learn so the lesson includes videos and a detailed document to give you a deeper technical understanding of Goshin Kan's basic Taikyoku kata. -
